A graduate of Western Kentucky University with a degree in Industrial Engineering, Jodie spent over six years in the U.S. Army Medical Service Corp before leaving the service as a Captain in 1996. His military career was spent at Fort Knox where he served as a Medical Platoon Leader in the 1/10 Calvary and then as the Chief Operations Officer and later the Clinical Administrator for the Department of Medicine at Ireland Army Community Hospital.
Upon leaving the military, he accepted a position with the Veterans Administration Medical Center, Louisville, KY and works on site at Ireland Army Community Hospital as a health care administrator. He is very familiar with the Fort Knox Community as he has spent his entire career there.
He is also similarly committed to his career as a realtor and auctioneer. He enjoys real estate and the opportunities that come when meeting new people. He enjoys his association with US Auction Group & US Real Estate Group, as their dedication and professionalism is superb!
Jodie has been a resident of Meade County since 1975. He is married to Lisa, who is a Pharmacy Manager at Kroger in Brandenburg. They reside on a 27 acre farm outside Midway with their four children, Ryan 15, Luke 13, Zachary 10 and Annabelle 4 years old.
